Manifesto of 8 March 2026 issued by the Follow-up Committee of the Tlatelolco Commitment. Articulates the demands of women with disabilities in Latin America and the Caribbean within the framework of the follow-up to Article 30 of the Tlatelolco Commitment (XVI Regional Conference on Women, Mexico City 2025), linking the gender agenda with the rights of persons with disabilities towards the XVII Regional Conference on Women (Colombia, 2028).
