The IDDC is a global network of civil society organizations working to promote inclusive development and humanitarian action for people with disabilities, particularly in low- and middle-income countries. Guided by the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, the consortium brings together NGOs, organizations of persons with disabilities, and international networks. Through its working groups, the IDDC promotes knowledge generation, the exchange of best practices, and advocacy on public policies to advance toward more inclusive systems at the national, regional, and global levels.
